I can't find my download

Your download link arrives by email a few minutes after your order. Look in your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there, write to us and we'll send it again.

The book won't open

The PDF opens on any phone, tablet or computer. The EPUB opens in Apple Books, Google Play Books, the Kindle app (send it with Send to Kindle) and most e-readers. If one doesn't work, use the other.

Refunds

You have 30 days from your order. Email us and we'll refund every dollar. You don't need to give a reason.

Questions about your own move

We can't advise on your visa, taxes, lease or health cover. Check your consulate's web page and talk to your own lawyer, notario, tax preparer or doctor.
